I am thankful for my Mom and Dad!
These wonderful people raised me with more love and patience than I know I sometimes deserved. They love my husband like he's theirs, refusing to call him anything other than son. They love my girls fiercely and are the best Grandparents to my dogs a girl could ask for!
Speaking of dogs that's why I'm so thankful for them today. We flew out this morning to spend the next 10 days with my family, we haven't shared a Thanksgiving together aside from the races in 16 years. Without my parents stating at my house with my dogs we would not be able to enjoy trips like these. Kenneling 4 dogs would cost more than the trip itself!
Thanksgiving 2008 at the races. My nephew races motocross and when he's not recovery from 2 broken wrists he's racing on Thanksgiving day in Gainesville. We love to drive up to meet him and my brother for the weekend! Turkey over the campfire has become one of my Moms specialties.
