Is it just me or is time flying by? And it's not just the big things that are flying by anymore. My days are going by so fast that I'm getting dizzy.
Any-who, it's Wednesday which means it's time for another edition of We Want To Know brought to you by Impulsive Addict, Janette, Mamarazzi and me!
This week Janette is asking the questions and she wants to know...
1.} Everyone seems to have a quirky family situation. What is something unique about your family dynamic? This is really hard and honestly I have no clue. I guess it would be that my husband, my girls and I talk about almost anything. As they get older it's becoming more and more uncomfortable for my hubby. There has been a few times when the topic of boys, boobs and tampons has made him cover his eyes with his fingers, plug his ears with his thumbs and rock back and forth while humming loudly. Poor guy, he doesn't have a fighting chance!
2.}What is the most stressful aspect to blogging {aside from the network going down}? Finding the time to read all of the blogs I love every day. Really reading their posts and putting thought into the comment I leave. Also, getting back to people who take the time to leave me a thoughtful comment. Some days there's just not enough time for me to do it and I feel guilty. I need to learn to let it go if I can't.
3.}We all end up on a blog at some point in our day, but name your top three favorite websites you flock to daily {non blog}. I'm on Face-Book multiple times a day. I may visit Twitter but I usually do that on my phone. If I'm looking something up my search engine of choice is Google. I use Gmail for my blog emails but really other than that I'm
not a big Internet junkie.
4.}What's your sign? Believe in it or not, does any part ring true to you? I'm a Leo and the only thing I know about my sign is that it means I was born sometime in August. My husband is a Capricorn, Honey is also a Leo {we share a birthday} and I have no clue what Peanut is. Is that horrible? I don't put much thought into any of that stuff partially because I just don't have the brain power to retain it but mainly because I believe that God and the choices I make control my life not the alignment of stars.
5.} Ice cream!! ICE CREAM!! We all scream for ice cream! Name your favorite flavor/brand! Anything but Rock Road {I don't like marshmallows}. No seriously, I will not turn ice cream down. Ever. And if you've been around my blog for any length of time you know that I don't share it either. EVER!

Now before you set off to answer your questions I need to tell you that I am really sorry that I'm not doing a better job of visiting all of you each week. I'm thrilled that so many of you are linking up and I would love nothing more than to come by and say hi to each of you but dang, that would be an all day event. However, I do promise to come by if you leave me a comment. It may take me a day or two but I'll be by, I swear.

I don't really care for Rocky Road either. I like the things in it, just not all together!
Your comment about faking pregnancy to get ice cream actually brought tears of laughter to my eyes. My husband will never be able to mock me again once I tell him that one. Although one time I forgot my wallet and they didn't make me pay because "we know we'll see you again soon". *red face*
My daughter's not talking yet, but I'm the TMI queen and really believe in honesty with your kids, so my husband is going to have some fingers in his ears moments too!
Nope he has no chance!
That would be my husband's long lost cousin. He'd be the same way if we would have girls. Luckily for him my son and his friends are equally mortified to mention such things.
I totally get the answer to number 2.
Wait!!! this awkward turtle thing is something other people do???? (I may be coming off super weird but asking this.... but do you put your hands on top of each other and move like a swimming turtle, awkwardly of course?)

Google is the main place I start on the internet wherever I go.. When I was a kid, I used to read my horoscope every day and it never came true, hard to hold stock in that stuff! My hubs says we need to get a male dog b/c he is about to be outnumbered. It will be me and our 2 daughters and dog against him and my son. I'm pullin' for a female dog though.

Sometimes it takes me a couple of days to get my comments responded back to. Also sometimes I probably reply back when I shouldn't... I have to remember it's not a chat room! ha
I don't believe in the sign stuff either. We had to do a project in college about something I can't even remember ... something about personalities but part was to look up your sign.
I hate Rocky Road as well! YUCK!

I'm a cusp baby--Leo and Virgo. I read 'em both and take my pick. August birthdays rock--with no other holiday to compete my birthday gives us something to celebrate.

I'm totally with you on the signs thing. I don't even know what my kids are either!! :-) I have a feeling that I will be like your husband. I'm the only lady in a household of boys. I may be the one who is rocking back and forth in the future!

I don't know what anyone's sign is. My husband, my boys, nada. I know mine just because I used to read 17 Magazine and checked it all the time.
And here I thought I was the only person on the planet who hated marshmallows. God, I hate them.

I live with two guys who are comfortable talking about all kinds of things which has me going "lalalalalala I can't hear you!" quite often.

I *could* be a Leo, but I'm definitely more of a Virgo. I know what my hubs' sign is and sometimes I know the boys', but generally, I can take it or leave it.

I believe the same thing about astrological signs. But I do like Rocky Road ice cream! The best, however, is Ben & Jerry's chocolate peanut butter swirl. You have to get it from their store, though. They sell a different one in pints, but it's made with vanilla ice cream, and I'm a chocolate lover.
