Starting June off with a little WWTK

Hump day? NAH! It's We Want To Know Wednesday with Impulsive Addict, Janette, Mamarazzi & Me!

This weeks questions came directly from Impulsive Addict so without further ado...

1.} If the blogging world had a talent show, what would your act be?
2.} What's the most likely reason you might become famous?
3.} What question are you repeatedly asked that you are tired of hearing?
4.} What's the last thing you broke?
5.} Finish this sentence. I can't believe I used to...

Wow, when I first looked at these I didn't think the were tough. After further review I think I may have underestimated Little Miss IA! Maybe if I hadn't waited until 4 hours before this was supposed to go live they wouldn't seem so scary. Maybe...

1.}  If the blogging world had a talent show, what would your act be? I really do not know. I do a great unfiltered dumb-ass impersonation. I also think I could hold my own  as a stand up comedian, after a drink {or five}.  I can also multi-task with the best of 'em. Does this make me a real loser?

2.} What's the most likely reason you might become famous? You-Tube. Yep, there are videos of me floating around out there that I don't even know about. Not those videos. Creepers! I do my best to live by my philosophy that everyone needs to laugh at least once a day and if I have to sacrifice myself for that to happen than so be it. My most recent video may or may not be titled White Chick Rides Invisible Horse In Nashville. Well, that's what the "dark chocolate cowboy" was saying while he was videoing {is that a word? I hate that red squiggly line.} me from across the street anyway.

3.} What question are you repeatedly asked that you are tired of hearing? "WOW, you're tall! How tall are you?"  I had one girl ask me, "Wow, you're tall. How tall are you in real life?" She was drinking, maybe she thought I was a hologram. People, I am not a freak of nature. I don't have to duck when I walk through doorways and my head has never hit a ceiling fan so there's no need to tell me, "watch out, the fans on" when I walk into a room. I am 5'8" without heels and about 6' with heels. Tall, yes. Gigantic, no!

Here I am in Austin last weekend with the only guy within a 50' radius that was taller than me. Notice my hot red shoe in my hand, we were doing a shoe on-shoe off comparison to the vertically challenged people on our right!

4.} What's the last thing you broke? My credit cards but damn it was fun and so worth it!

5.} Finish this sentence. I can't believe I used to... doubt Internet relationships. After meeting my bloggy friends IRL last weekend I'm a believer!

Now it's your turn, leave me a comment and be sure to come back and link your WWTK post!

I'd be lost without my internet friends, they've been there for me when no one else was!

Ha, ha, one of those comedians that the more you drink the funnier YOU think you are...
The short ones? Are they fighting about which one of them is taller?
What a great group you ended up with in Austin. Actually a pretty tall group all around. Except one.

I have a friend that is 5'11 and when I meet up with her...I always wear my tallest heels so that we're the really tall girls...because it always gets us attention!

Love that pic with the short people! HA!

I'm jealous of your tall-ness! I'm a shorty who can't wear heels. There's just no helping me.

I'm off to hunt You-Tube. ;)

Don't you just love those obvious questions and statements? Some people must think you never noticed how tall you are. And I want to know how tall you are in your make believe life.
I would love to meet some of my bloggy friends. However the chances of anyone coming here are slim to none and travel is so not in the budget for the next couple of years. So I get to live vicariously through those who do travel.

Bloggy friends turned IRL friends are the BEST!!! I need to meet you next :)

I'm tall as well ... It sucks at times! But no one really ever asks me how tall. They just say "Wow you're tall." Ya. No shit sherlock.

I MUST hear the unfiltered dumb ass impersonation...I don't believe you!

I need to check out your You Tube vids now!

You're model tall--I hate you. (Not really...but still!)

Breaking credit cards is the most fun anyone can have...period!

She DID come up with some toughies!!

You're not a loser. A dork, maybe, but not a loser. LOL If you think your answer to this question was lame, you should see mine. *sigh*

Damned YouTube. But, what did we do before the great and powerful YT? Really.

I'm 5' 7.5...but I've never had anybody in awe of my height. What's with the world? Are they shrinking?!

I broke my CC this last month, too. But not for anything good. *double sigh*

I didn't believe in internet dating sites...until I met the hubs. Glad you gals had a good weekend!!

Happy Wednesday. Thanks for hosting!

I'm literally LOLing at the midget-y looking dude in the hat by you in that picture!!!

Becca said...

I had a friend in high school who was about your height and it used to annoy me to no end when people asked how tall she was. Who cares! I cut up my credit cards 2 years ago ... It does feel awesome!

love that last picture.

I'll have to check out that video! Your vlogs are always a lot of fun! :)

I think you would be great at stand up!

I would love to tall. I'm just sort of in the middle at 5'5". Too short to reach anything on top shelves but taller than a lot of women in my family.

I need to BREAK my credit cards too. Bad habits to have!

Yaa for blog friends!! I have met some incredible people through this blog hop and just blogging in general!

Vivienne @ the V Spot said...

Oooh! That's a good one about the internet friends! And I can imagine the "how tall are you" would get old. I think I am guilty of making the comment that you were taller than I thought. My bad and sorry.
:)

I'm vertically challenged and people always inform me of how short I am. Yes, I know, I say to their belly buttons. I KNOW I'm short fools! :-) I don't mind being little though. I can't wait to meet you one day just so we can take a picture together and then idiots can tell us both, "Do you know you're tall/short" in the same sentence! ;-)

Lol, youtube made ya famous eh? Now I'm off to search for these said videos. Hehehe.

I agree about doubting internet friendships... but surprising how many people are JUST LIKE YOU and ya click with!! My bestie in real life met her hubs on the internet-- they've been married now for 8 years and still goin' strong! And it took me almost 2 hours to answer these questions... I dunno why I thought it was so hard!
