We're easy like that, I know there's a name for girls like us and we really don't care if you call us "that", in fact we encourage you to talk about us as much as you'd like.
A couple of weeks back, after a long softball filled Saturday the majority of the team headed to grab a bite to eat after the last game. I ordered my usual Patron margarita, on the rocks, no salt with 1 lime wedge, 2 olives and a shot of olive juice. Most people don't know what that is but after my wonderful vacation last May to Texas with my bloggy-besties I was educated and haven't looked back since.
The bartender found my drink order so bizarre that he had to deliver it to me personally. During his visit he told me that he loves a shot of Parton followed by a shot of pickles juice. He then offered me a free shot...'nough said.
Let's just say that pickles and their juice belong on sandwiches only!
What was I thinking?
A week or so later I discovered there was a video of my response. The day after my discovery I was in a crappy mood so I requested the video. It more than lightened my mood and I have watched it several times since and I laugh at myself each and every time!
Since my life goal is to make someone laugh every day I have decided to share the video with you. It truly took every ounce of me to keep that down, I was honestly "in a pickle" thinking those shots were about to come back up.

Yes, I whipped my entire tongue with a napkin, I have a serious gag reflex and that nasty shit was testing my strength!
I like to think I'm a good sport. I laugh at myself, I'm not easily angered, and I don't take life too seriously. So when the girls scored more than a handful of rubber fish and were wearing them suctioned to their noses I wanted in.
Life is too short to not have fun!
I have true talent, what can I say?
If you're uptight, relax, find something or someone that makes you laugh and move on. Trust me, laughter is really the best medicine...just don't swallow it with pickle juice!

Wasn't pickle juice what that kid in that 80's book Freckle Juice rubbed on his face to get rid of freckles?
Pickles make me gag...did you know that a pickle or cucumber is the only food that even a pig won't eat...that's a freebie, no charge...
BWhahahah yeah pickle juice is definitely an acquired taste. Did you know that it is good for heartburn and nausea. It used to be an old folk remedy for morning sickness, which is where the thing about craving pickles and ice cream came about. I love the pics ya'll are crazy and our families would definitely be the life of a party.
Eeeek on the pickle juice! Too be honest I would have wiped my tongue as well, hahaha. Hilarious.

I would have had the same reaction to that shot - and wiped my tongue with a napkin to get the taste off. :)

It's stuff like fish on your nose that will make you the coolest mom ever when your girls look back at growing up.
I have to remind myself to laugh all the time. Otherwise I get overwhelmed.
A shot of pickle juice? Now this is something I have to try! You know the rumor is that they marinate CFA sandwiches in pickle juice and that is why they are oh so delicious!
There's a restaurant that I love to go to that serves Pickled Caesars, and they.are.awesome. LOL!!!
You crack me up!! Lol, I would have gagged too. Pickle juice doesn't sound appealing. But omg that olive juice in the margarita sounds amazing. Dirty martinis used to be my drink of choice in college. I loved ordering them the "dirtier the better". I got a few free drinks just for saying that. ;-)
Ok now I really wish I could drink.
We need to do a meet up next summer so I can try an olive margarita with you!!
I like pickle juice after a night of drinking, it seems to help with the need to vomit and the hangover that doesn't come the next day. But pickle juice and liquor at the same time, no way!
I love the rubber fish! And I agree, laughter is the best thing. Atleast you can look back and laugh at the video :)

I had a dirty martini for the first time a few weeks ago. Seriously. I didn't do well. It made my whole body shudder and convulse.
Yeah I'm not a huge fan of pickle juice... you're a braver sole than I am!
I had the privilege of seeing this right after it happened. It's still just as funny as it was then. And I really think I would have liked it! I think I'll go have some pickle juice right now!! xoxoxo

Oh I can only imagine how nasty that is. Though the BYU football team drinks pickle juice on the sidelines during game-- no idea why they would do that.

Hilarious! I know you don't watch tv but on Jersey Shore Snooki took a huge bottle of pickels & chugged I mean CHUGGED the juice. Ummm YUCK!
